1. What is Reflective Film?
Reflective Film is novel reflective material formed with special technology combining the reflective layer and the PVC, PU, PET, PC, acrylic polymer. The structure comprises a reflecting layer, a bottom film, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the main color is white, red, blue, yellow, green, orange, yellow, brown and other more than ten kinds of fluorescent color and bright green, purple, purple, yellow fluorescent and other special colors. There are two main technology applied in this industry that are glass-bead and Micro-prismatic Technology, usually can manufacture various grades of vinyl film with different quality, such as Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting, HIP Grade Reflective Sheeting, EGP Grade Reflective Sheeting etc.
*Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting.
After each cube of the Diamond Reflective Film is connected and arranged, there are more than 930 microcrystalline cubic corners in the area of one square centimeter. The formation of a gas layer is formed after the formation of the lower part of the microcrystalline cube corner, so that the incident light forms an internal total reflection and the best reflecting effect can be achieved without the use of the metal reflecting layer. Comparison of Engineering Grade Feflective Film, Diamond Grade Reflective Film made of high hardness wear-resistant polycarbonate material and crystallite cube technology and traditional, its reflecting performance not only doubled, but also greatly improves the performance of wide angle. Reflect Value of Diamond reflective film is six times more than the engineering level and more than three times the strength of HIP Grade level.
Usage: This film are suitable for highways and urban roads. Under normal use conditions, the brightness retention value of at least remain 50% after10 years. Various pattern can be printed with the same kind of ink screen printing technology.
Object: suitable stick on ALuminum and Steel objects.
Opertaion Temperature: 18℃～28℃.
*HIP Grade Reflective Sheeting
HIP Grade Reflective Sheeting is Class II film, at least three times brighter than the EGP Grade Reflective Film. The material has been used successfully to produce traffic signs. Even if the logo in a larger angle and bright areas, high grade reflective film signs are clearly visible, effectively predict the road ahead of the dangerous situation. WRS 1800 series is Acrylic , WRS 1500 series is PET. There two different surface patterns for this grade: the diamond and honeycomb.
Usage: road signs, prohibited signs, warning signs and signs and outdoor advertising signs
